We are looking to create a HELOC with a lock feature. We’re interested to know if any other Silverlake bank has such a product and if so, can you answer the following questions?

Do you charge a fee to lock a portion of the balance and do you charge a fee to unlock a portion of a balance? No
What terms do you have for the lock feature payback period? Prime + ½% fixed for terms up to 5 years; Prime + 1% fixed for terms 6-10 years
Do you have a minimum and or a maximum for the dollar amount? No
How do you set up payments on the line of Credit if they have multiple locked balances? Do they have a statement that shows required payments for each lock feature as well as the interest only on the variable portion? You use the MPLOC product. Each fixed rate unit is established with the same account number under the master(variable portion). They get 1 statement with a total payment due. It also shows details for each unit. When the payment is made the system breaks it out among the units.
