Here is an example of one that is wrong:
To the customer it makes it look like we are saying their ending balance needs to be $1,225.69 when really it only needs to be $704.80

What are you seeing that is wrong? We only have one account left that has escrow for real estate taxes at this time, but we will be implementing more due to Flood requirements for our bank size this year.
I am currently using the Enhanced Escrow Analysis statement but I don’t see what you might be referencing as incorrect.
