Thank you so much for the information. We do currently use the Clearing House for ACH settlement and have a copy of their UPIC agreement, however, we were looking for some form of agreement
between our customer and the us ( the Bank ) requesting this function and the fees involved.
At the Clearing House request, we will be sitting in on a webinar in the next week or so before we can be set up with UPIC.

During the roundtable discussion, I did ask if any other banks were utilizing UPIC. I have spoken with a rep from the Clearing House and was provided EPN’s 2019 fee schedule. Additionally, I
researched this with JHA and the utilization of UPIC does require custom with JHA to receive ACH files from TCH.
To be a participant, you must use TCH as your ACH Operator and not the Fed. As JHA explained to me, they do not currently have any banks utilizing TCH as their ACH Operator and they would need
to establish this connectivity. Once you have the agreements in place with TCH and JHA, it takes about 90-120 days for TCH to implement.
Are you looking for agreements with TCH? Or internal agreements between you and your customer to utilize UPIC?

Does anyone use ACH – UPIC ? I believe someone mentioned at the conference that they utilized this through the Clearing House. If so, do you have an agreement or contract with the customer and would you
be willing to share with us? And any feedback you may have regarding this product.
We are setting our first customer up in the next few weeks and have checked online for agreements, to no avail.
