We are using foxtrot to open our Deposit Escrow accounts and to create the customers as well, but are doing through greenscreens.  Our IT is backed up on projects so has not tried through Xperience yet.

 

If we run across a customer who already has an account it will stop the foxtrot.  Typically because we have a required field that did not get completed when they initial were created. – and this is in green screens.  So you are seeing more issues with Xperience?    We’ve also thought about using workflow.

For those banks using Foxtrot, have you been able to get it to work in Xperience?

 

We’re finding there are still many fields that it won’t recognize, and it seems to crash when encountering one of these fields.
