We have had Diebold machines and has little issues (Optevas) in the past and started replacing them with new Diebold machines but have been having issues.

Diebold here. Most times I know more about the ATM’s than the onsite tech does.
Diebold got rid of their security division and sold to Securitas a few years back.
Pro-Tech Services are the onsite filed techs.
I guess Diebold is more of a services company now??

The bank is an ATM shop using NCR equipment. The bank needs to replace two NCR ATMs and before committing to NCR, I wanted to asked the user group what brand of ATM you
use, if not NCR? Also, any pros or cons you would share about your ATM brand. The bank’s concern with NCR is the lack of knowledge the field engineer has when servicing the ATM.
