Hello All,
We have been reissuing new cards for those customers identified in the WAWA Cam. We are using the copy feature which acts the same as the compromised card system.
We are encountering issues with the VISA Account Updater. As you know, JHA is sending the new card information to VAU vendors the day after the card is ordered instead of waiting until the new card is activated. They are bogged down with
the CPS conversions so correcting this issue is low on their list of priorities. We have multiple recurring card payments rejecting because the customer doesn’t have their card yet so it’s not activated. In addition, some have called panicked because there’s
an unidentified card number listed when they go into Amazon etc…
Has anyone else had this issue and if so how you are handling reissues/customer communication?
