We’re having some lock up issues with SilverLake Teller when dispensing cash from our TCRs (Glory RBG100) the transaction gets far enough to connect to the TCR but then the wheel continues to spin and cash is never dispensed from the TCR, the teller must use cash in the teller drawer.

 

Is anyone else having this same issue?
