Hi all – we are new to SBA lender with the PPP loan.  I understand from JHA there is an option in LNSERV to create the 1502 report.  Is anyone using this option?  If so, how do you transmit to SBA?  Are you using the  JHMenu Xpress?  Any info is appreciated.  Linda

I reached out to our Lender Relations Specialist at the Eastern PA District Office of SBA and he said they had not been given any guidance concerning reporting the PPP’s on the 1502 Report.  If anyone knows or hears anything related to this matter, please respond.

Hi everyone,

Our bank is participating in the PPP SBA program.  We expect several hundred loans at month end that will have an SBA approval # and will be undisbursed/unfunded.  My understanding is there have no exceptions made and these loans are still required in the 1502 Colson Report.  We normally do not have many of these and they are manually entered into the 1502 Manually ADD Maintenance screen in Silverlake.  Does any one else have suggestion on how to automate this process (auto upload into Silverlake, Mass Maintenance)?  We are looking for options as we do not have capacity to manually upload hundreds of loans.  Has anyone received other guidance regarding 1502 Colson Reporting exceptions?

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
