Hi. Pretty much the same here. We set up each individual with their own ID and they are granted access to all accounts they are associated with. We do not allow sharing, although couples don’t understand that since they feel that most
of their accounts are joint. We use relationship codes to determine what accounts appear. Thanks

Hello, we do not allow shared Nettellers. If a husband and wife are primary and co owner, they can each have their own Netteller that has that account on it as well as any other account that they are an owner
on.

Subject: NetTeller Online Banking Enrollments
We are evaluating our Online Banking enrollment process. We have found that a lot of our NetTeller setups are “Household Setups” for lack of a better term. Currently when a person applies for online banking we set it up and they are
the primary owner of that NetTeller relationship. What we find happens is the NetTeller online banking account is shared between Husband and Wife or others within the same household. We have allowed this in the past but are now finding it hard to support
customer calls. It is difficult to determine if we should allow the husband to call and unlock the wife’s NetTeller and vice/versa. Most recently we have had situations where the ex-wife or ex-husband has used the online banking account of the other to make
transfers or other transactions without the others knowledge. Is anyone willing to share how their bank sets up NetTeller signups? Do you allow Nettellers to be shared or do you require each person to have their own NetTeller account? If you don’t allow
sharing how do you police this?
Any information you are willing to share will be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help,
Rob DeWater
