Debbie,
Thank you so much. This is very helpful.
We access Silverlake via Xperience. Is that what you use? If so, would you be willing to have a brief call or provide some additional assistance as to which how you access the specific selection criteria to run separate statements? Did
you have custom work completed? We have put in several JH tickets but have been told there is no way to run two separate files. It would be so helpful if you could explain in a little more detail how you are running two separate files.
Thank you,
Lisa

Annual Escrow Analysis - Loan Related

Hi,
We are considering options to streamline the Annual Escrow Analysis process. Currently, the Annual Escrow Analysis report that generates from Silverlake includes all clients escrow statements (shortages, overages). We would like
to outsource the printing and mailing of the escrow statements to clients in a shortage position since this only requires a statement mailing to the client. The escrow statements to clients in an overage position we would still need to handle internally since
check authorization is required.
Does anyone have suggestions on how they have streamlined this process? We are considering a custom work request that will split the Annual Escrow Analysis run into two reports-shortages and overages. This will make it easier to
outsource a portion of the process.
I would greatly appreciate hearing from or speaking to anyone that has ideas on how to improve the Escrow Analysis process.
Thank you,
Lisa

Hi,
You should be able to execute 2 files using the specific selection criteria when requesting the statements. I file for shortages and one file for overages. We currently have them all outsourced, both overages and shortages and
send the refund checks under separate cover with an insert to explain what the check is for. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Debbie
