QNB uses a release of liability document that allows both situations you described below. I am not sure how it was created or who approved it, as that comes from another area of the bank.

We are currently receiving requests from Online Banking customers who are Property Management Groups. They have several LLCs with their own CIFs on the system.
Is anyone willing to share how they handle these setups when the customer is requesting all the LLC accounts be combined within one Online Banking setup? Do you allow transfers between all the separate Business LLC accounts?
Another part of this question is if anyone else allows these business setups to add the customer’s personal accounts into the mix as well. Any advice someone has will be very much appreciated. We struggle with how to handle these requests.
