Later this summer our institution will be launching Zelle along with the new Banno platform. We are currently building out a draft of Zelle procedures, but hoping that another institution that has already implemented Zelle could possibly share their operational procedures and possibly a Zelle or RTP policy for reference. We would also be willing to share ours once they are completed.
