Hello! In Banos back office, there is not only the activity reports as mentioned below, but there are also reports for employee maintenance logs.  This will capture and track everything that has been done by personnel at the bank.

 

 

 

I would be interested in any responses as well – we’re converting to Banno in March 2022.

We are in the process of converting to Banno and i was curious how everyone is handling the review of the maintenance being done in Banno Back Office. We are finding the "Activity" area in Banno is lacking details that we feel we need for proper maintenance review. Does anyone else feel this way or is there a better way that you have found that we are missing besides using Activity in Banno? Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide, we greatly appreciate it.
