I have not been able to enter any CARES Act payment info either. I tried to both upload the report and use the manual entry option but neither worked. I was able to talk to a support person who put me into an escalation queue (someone is supposed to call me back). The site just seems to be erroring out now and I can’t get into FTA Portal at all. Maybe they’re working on it.

2 questions:

 

  1. Has anyone been able to see that their 1502 report(s) was processed under the ‘Reporting Summary’?  I uploaded my report on 9/2 and received a confirmation/reference number but when I checked under ‘Reporting Summary” for errors this morning  it says that my number of reported loans is zero.

 

  1. I also have been unable to enter my Section 1112 Cares Act payments, the system constantly errors out on me.   I’ve tried both the “Gross Loan Payment Upload file” and the “Gross Loan Payments Entry” and neither has worked.  When I report my issues to the FTA the response I receive is to just keep trying.  Has anyone been able to submit their Cares Act payments?

Hi – I’m wondering if anyone has been able to get the Aug 1502 report uploaded through the new FTA Gateway portal? I am getting this error message for invalid dates on loans that did not have payment transactions in August. The interest paid from date is generating as 00/00/0000 since no payment was collected. This has always been ok for Colson but now Gateway is rejecting my report. Any suggestions? I have an email into FTA support but they seem to be pretty busy.
