Has anyone ever used I-Base 3 on a fixed rate interest only loan?

Last I knew, the system will not allow for Interest Only Ibase 5 loans. Ibase 5, by default, requires a P & I payment.

Has anyone boarded an interest only I-Base 5 loan?  My Mortgage Dept. has a new product that is interest only with a balloon payment.  Their Note quotes a fixed interest payment amount which was calculated using amortized I-Base 5 interest.
