We use both.  Let me check with BSA as to how they got it to work….. I believe they just made a Worklist for NRA customers and do manual CTRs if necessary….but let me verify

I am looking to see if there is another bank who is using Teller and Yellow Hammer. Our BSA is exploring NRA customers we have been able to successful create a CIF, create a transaction and a CTR but when our BSA team reviews the CTR it fails due to the transactor (NRA customer). Has anyone been able to successfully get this to work?
