SWAP Loans Questions:
Currently our billing process is manual, we update the payments on the fixed and variable side according to the SWAP banks notice and reprint the corrected bill for the fixed side.
- How are the other banks handling this on SL?
- Will JH implement a fix other than going the custom programming route for this in the near future?
- For those using the SWAP module what functionality proved beneficial?
- Will JH have a fix for calculating the Average Fed Fund rates? For our SWAPS tied to that rate a master rate change is processed the day of billing with the manually calculated average.
