Good morning,

 

We are looking for guidance on implementing the use of ACH Positive Pay for customers. We are adding more and more filters which requires our team to reach out and verify with the customers multiple times when something new comes in. We are looking at ACH Positive Pay so the customer sees the exception and can determine whether to pay or return. I am also curious at how to get around getting the Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit for each return. Is this part your Positive Pay agreement? Are there other factors we should be considering?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
