Hi Erin – I believe in the past we created a Cognos report:
Filter the DDHIST file to only include ACH credits, as well as filtering out any non-individual account types. Filter the description 1 and description 2 fields in DDEFTH for anything containing “Retirement”,
“Payroll” etc.

Hello –
We are engaged in an effort to identify customers with a Direct Deposit relationship.
How are other FI’s identifying Customers that have recurring direct deposit?
If you have something in place what is the maintenance like for this? (Understanding that individuals change jobs and the information noted on an account
today can change tomorrow etc.)
In our research with JHA they informed that there is no field through the ACH data to identify a direct deposit or repetitive deposit.
Any insight/information would be helpful, thank you!
Erin
