I would be interested in any responses. When we used PrintMail I was able to go into their portal and download blank forms that had the backers on them. We didn’t have any issues
using them with ESi. Now we use JHA for our print services and I no longer have a way to get each forms instructions on a single page. I tried going to the IRS websites, their backers are not formatted in a way that they fit on one page.
I do have the paper stock for the TaxMaster 1,2 and 3 forms. This doesn’t help for electronic copies though.
Thanks,

Subject: SilverLake MA-RUG ESI - Tax form backers

Hi all. I’m looking for some guidance on adding the required IRS backers to tax forms in ESI. On January 18, we released our 2022 tax forms in ESI and within minutes, we suffered performance impacts to ESI, Banno, and Treasury. It appears
that the tax form backers we uploaded to ESI were too large and the increased traffic of customers trying to access their tax forms overwhelmed our connection to JH.
When I attempted to reduce the size of the backers, it made already hard to read documents impossible to read.
Wondering what everyone does for their tax form backers in ESI.
Thanks!
~Joe
