Good afternoon,
Interested in how other FI’s who have implemented Digital Wallet are handling the distribution of notices as it comes with Digital Wallet.
That being for the onset of the functionality, change and/or removal from the functionality.
After initial conversations with JHA it sounds like a pretty manual effort to pull a report for customers and creating a notice file to then be sent to customers.
We are interested in channels to send i.e. email, print as well as any automated ideas around this.
