We allow customers to initiate wires via online banking, telephone and in person.  We want to revise our current wire transfer agreement, which really doesn’t specifically address online wires.  I’m looking for assistance with the following:

 

·         I am looking for sample wire transfer agreements - does anyone have one that you are willing to share with me that covers online and phone requests?   OR do you have two separate agreements for online vs. phone wires that you would share?

·         Do you set wire limits for customers in online banking and, if so, how do you determine the limits? Do you perform any routine reviews of the limits?

·         How do you currently handle authorizations for phone in wires (including properly verifying the customer)?
