We are having some issues with our access to overdraft funds at the ATM.  We use CPS and have Diebold terminals and currently allow a customer to access ODP (Payment Privilege/ Bounce Protection or Ready Credit/Credit Line) when completing an ATM withdrawal. If the transaction goes into ODP they are presented with a screen indicating there may be a fee and requiring them to accept and proceed.  They are also currently seeing any available overdraft funds in their available balance calculation both on the balance screen at the ATM and on their receipt.  We are struggling to get customization of these screens to include verbiage that indicates the balance incudes overdraft funds and are looking at changing our available balance tables to no longer include ODP funds, however, it appears this will also impact POS transaction approval when the customer has opted in.

Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to apply separate available balance tables to ATM vs POS transaction authorization?
