We have been having an issue since July with creating new Users in Banno Business.
Error basically says it failed to create the User, but when we go to Silverlake NetTeller Work with Cash Users it was created. They can go to User Management and edit it and
finish, but it certainly causes a lot of confusion since the error indicates it failed in the first place.
We were told there is a Parent Case and we would get updates as they were available. We have not heard anything since the case was originally opened 7.1.24.

Hi all – just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing an issue with Banno Business users being able to add additional users? We have been having issues since 11/8 and per JH, this is a global issue.
