Hi Jen – any accounts with a status of closed, dormant, escheat, or charged off are removed from cards nightly.  Cards with no associated accounts are changed to status H.  We change the status on in process cards to H after 90 days.

 

We purge closed, expired, and hot-carded cards after 365 days.

We discovered that we do not have any auto cleanup parameters set for our ATM/Debit cards.  Would anyone be willing to share their parameters with me?  I am curious about 2 things:

 

1 – How long are your cards inactive before closing them?

2 - How long before you purge expired, closed, and hot carded cards?
