Subject: SilverLake MA-RUG Business Debit Card Disputes
I have a question about how everyone is handling cardholder disputes for business debit cards. I have reached out to Visa to get some clarification as to whether business debit cards are protected under Visa
zero liability. I did not get a clear answer.
I know that Business Cards are not covered under Reg E, but the confusion lies in Visa.
Was curious in what other Banks are doing in Visa Debit Card Disputes.
Thanks,
