We also made the SCRA notice the backer to our Past Due Notices.

 

 

 

We provided a PDF of the SCRA notice to Premium Notices and they print it on the back of the past due notice.

 

 

 

 

Good morning,

 

Is anyone using the SCRA notice through Jack Henry-LN2311? I have been testing it but with all of the required language on top of our past due information fields I can’t get everything to fit on one page without the notice looking very squeezed and unprofessional. I have opened a support case but it doesn’t look like I have any options outside of custom.

 

We currently are using a “stuffer” that is manually placed in a specific past due notice but are looking to automate this process.
