How do you determine who uses ACH vs the payroll feature.  Are there limitations that would prevent some users from the payroll function and does it show available to all business users or can it be turned on for individual ID’s?  I am trying to complete the initial questionnaire and these are the questions that are coming up.  Thanks for your help.

We use iPay Master site (which is the back office for bill pay)- I was not here during the conversion but would be happy to answer any questions specific to iPay.

We also offer the payroll deposit feature through iPay which is separate from Cash Management ACH.  We do not charge for the Payroll feature, but do for ACH.  Again, if you have any other specific questions, I can try my best to answer.

Hi.  We are in the midst of converting from NT Bill Pay to iPay bill pay.  I am curious if anyone else has gone thru this and what if any obstacles you encountered.  I am also curious is anyone is using the business payroll function and if so how are you handling that in relation to Cash Management ACH.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks
