Thank you for your response. Yes that is where the file maintenance was being performed. Most of our file maintenance is performed through the edit function when we can.

Are you performing any maintenance on these loans through the Edit field function in Xperience? There are known issues using this feature and I believe another bank experienced the same issue you are seeing. You should never use the Edit field function in Xperience, always use the Related Functions and Loan Maintenance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We currently utilize the MPLOC product for one of our HELOC products. The main loan unit is a variable rate line of credit. The carved out units are fixed rate/fixed term units. We recently discovered that many of our carved out units are now populated with the variable rate index, review date, and rate ceilings and floors. These were cleared at the time the units were built, but somehow are now populated and going through rate changes as the index changes appear on the main unit.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this or know what might be causing that to happen? We are currently on R2017.
