Lisa,

We have been using doc tracking for new deposit accounts for almost a year. We are tracking for both missing and incomplete/erroneous documents, and also have included a “document” on the checklists that is actually a task for the reviewer to complete (ex. Review the CIF profile to ensure all required fields are complete). I’d be happy to talk to you about our setup and some pros & cons that we’ve run into.

Thanks,

Bethany

I would love feedback from anyone utilizing the Synergy Document Tracking module for deposit documents. If you are using this today, I would love to speak with you about how you have it set up for tracking deposit documents and if you utilize it to not only track missing expected documents, but documents that are received, but incomplete, i.e. missing signatures, etc.

OR for those of you using Synergy for your deposit documents without Document Tracking, how do you handle tracking of pending items, like documents missing signatures, etc.?
