Hi,

Are customers are required to work their items each morning by 11:30am via NetTeller. We were having an issue with customers not working their items so we implemented a $1.00 charge for each item not worked and now they all work their items. We obviously will waive fee if the customer is having an issue and needs our support.

Hi Joe,

We just began offering this for customers & we are forcing them to work items thru NetTeller Cash Management. We only work our internal official accounts. We have had no issues so far.

Thank you,

Kathy

Hello,
I was wondering if we could get some feedback regarding Positive Pay Exceptions. Currently, we have about 14 accounts that are "Grandfathered" where the bank works their Positive Pay Exceptions for them (and block their view so they do not even see them). Our goal is to push any new Positive Pay customers to work their own exceptions. How do other banks handle this? Do they require that all their customers work their own exceptions? We would appreciate any info on this.

Thanks!

Joe Sauer
