Who is responsible for your Cash Management User Administration?

Answer:

(A)    The bank maintains admin rights and performs the user set up & maintenance for their Cash Management customers.

(B)    The Cash Management customer maintains admin rights and is responsible for the set up & maintenance of their users.

(C)    It is a combination.  The customer can perform their own maintenance or request it of the bank.

Any feedback you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
