I've been using Synergy since 2014 and we cross index between our all of our account driven Document types as well as our CIF number or tax ID number documents to the CIF Cabinet.

Hi all,
Any banks using Synergy willing to share how you address indexing and cross indexing?  Our previous imaging system allowed us to tie a document to a loan by loan number and to multiple borrowers by SSN.  It appears that synergy is not designed to work this way.  Also wondering if anyone was previously an OnBase customer that converted to Synergy.
