If you have converted from Vertex to Silverlake Teller, did you experience any issues with the conversion and are there any significant differences between the two systems? We currently run Teller Item Capture and would continue to do so in Silverlake Teller.  It seems Silverlake Teller is a natural progression from Vertex, however, considering some of the issues we experienced when converting from Streamline to OnBoard last year, I am hesitant to make that assumption.  From what I can see, Vertex and Silverlake teller are very similar and would not be as drastic a change as converting from Streamline/Green Screen to OnBoard/Xperience was.

I appreciate any feedback anyone may have and is willing to share.
