Amy,
We are using Enhanced Collections form JHA, however, it is far from "enhanced" and my group here feels we should have stayed on the Fusion collection software system which offered more capabilities than the JHA system.

I have a question from my Collections Manager and wondering if anyone is willing to share some information about the Collections system they use:
I am curious as to the types of collection systems used by our peers. Do they use Experience, or do they have stand-alone systems, or to they use systems/packages/modules that are from different vendors and are compatible with JH. We are approximately a $4 billion dollar bank and looking for feedback from like-size banks or anyone willing to share information with us.
Thank you!
